Artist supplied description.
Johannes Visscher was the brother and pupil of Cornelis Visscher. An etcher, engraver, and painter, he moved to Amsterdam in 1658. He made almost 180 prints, many, like this one, after his brother. Jan Kraalinge helped produce the print.
