Government Pilot

Live in two weeks. No risk. No lock-in.

The Art Trackers Government Pilot is a fixed-price, milestone-based engagement. You pay when results are delivered — not for hours worked. Most agencies are fully live within two weeks of signing.

What is included in the $5,000 pilot

Everything you need to go live.

Payment is released in milestones — after inventory import, after staff training, after go-live. Not before.

Your staff dashboard, role assignments, and agency profile — set up and tested before you touch it.

Every registered artwork receives a permanent AT-ID and a live public page.

Procurement

Designed for government procurement.

A Letter of Intent template is available for agencies requiring low-commitment initial approval before full contract execution. Fixed-price contracts mean your finance team knows exactly what they are approving.
