Services
Services that get your collection into order
The Art Trackers platform is your system of record. Our services do the hands-on work of filling it: counting, checking, photographing, tagging, and importing, so every record is accurate from day one. Do it with us, or let us do it for you.

Who we serve

Government and public agencies
Tag, audit, document, and photograph a whole public art collection, and migrate the records you already have.

Collectors & family offices
Organize a collection like a museum would, with ownership records, condition baselines you can use.

Artists
Set up a verified profile, register and certify your work, photograph it, and keep a record that follows every piece.

Galleries and institutions
Get your team set up, your catalog in order, and your exhibitions tagged and documented.
You choose how much we do
Use the platform on your own. Guides, templates, and support are available, and many teams never need more
We plan the structure, train your team, and check the work while your staff do the data entry and the field steps.
Our team does the work: on site, in your records, or both. You review and approve the result.
How we work
The same four steps every time
- 1
A scoping call
A short call about your collection: how many works, how many sites, what records you have, and what you need at the end.
- 2
A written scope and a price
You receive a plain-language scope with a fixed price or per-artwork rate before any work starts. Nothing is billed by the hour.
- 3
We do the work
Field work, photography, migration, or training, following the scope. You get a progress note at each milestone.
- 4
Handover
Everything lands in your Art Trackers account, with the reports and exports we promised. You keep full control of every record.

Government and public agencies
Your collection, verified on site
Most public art programs hold decades of records in spreadsheets, binders, and staff memory. The platform gives you one system of record. Our field teams make sure what goes into it is right: every artwork found, checked, photographed, tagged, and recorded.
Your subscription already includes account setup, an inventory import, staff training, and initial tag deployment. [Confirm the baseline against the Scope of Work: for example, clean digital records of up to about 250 works are included in the implementation fee.] The services below go further: whole-collection field work, large or messy migrations, and ongoing support.
Every engagement is scoped after a short walkthrough and priced per artwork, per site, or as a fixed package. You see the price before we start.
Our team travels to each site, programs and links a tag to every artwork, mounts it, confirms the location pin, and tap-tests every tag before we leave. It turns tagging from a task your staff squeeze in for a few priority pieces into a finished, whole-collection job
You receive
- A site-by-site route plan across buildings, parks, campuses, and transit stops
- Installation with mounting suited to the surface: stone, glass, wood, or outdoor signage
- Every tag tap-tested and every location pin confirmed before we depart
- A deployment log (artwork, tag serial, coordinates, install date, installer) filed to each artwork record
- A photo of each tag in place
Priced
per artwork installed, or as a day-rate package for larger rollouts. Volume pricing for 100 or more tags. Tags themselves are $15.99 each

How we work on site
The same standards on every job
- 1
Your rules first
We follow your site access rules and your conservation policy. If you would rather not have anything attached to a work, we place the tag on a nearby placard.
- 2
Every tag tested
We tap-test every tag before we leave the site. A tag that does not work is fixed on the spot or replaced.
- 3
Everything logged
What we did, when, and where goes into the artwork record, so you have a trail for auditors and council.
- 4
One standard throughout
One photo standard, one condition scale, and one set of location names across the whole collection.
