Tiered Pricing
Rather than an open "Call us" range, enterprise pricing is banded to portfolio size and deployment complexity. This gives sales staff a defensible number to quote and gives procurement officers something they can put in a budget request or RFP response without triggering a fairness challenge.

City Sizing
Population is the fastest way for a prospect to self-identify a tier before a demo ever happens. It is a starting point for a conversation, not the actual pricing driver — the real driver is the number of artworks tracked and the number of departments or sites.

Treat this as a rule of thumb, not a rule. Confirm actual collection size and site count during discovery before quoting a tier — population gets a prospect into the right neighborhood, the discovery call gets them to the right tier.

Tag Support
Each implementation fee includes a one-time allotment of standard art tracker tags, capped at roughly 30% of the fee so the remainder still funds real setup, configuration, and installation labor rather than being absorbed by hardware.

Yes. Most agencies begin with a defined segment — a single park, district, or collection type — rather than their entire inventory. A pilot is scoped to that segment, and you can expand to the full collection whenever you're ready.
Annual invoicing is standard, with implementation billed separately at the start of the engagement. Quarterly billing is available on request for agencies whose procurement cycles require it — just raise it when we scope your quote.
A pilot runs 3–6 months from kickoff. Implementation covers onboarding, data migration, NFC tag ordering and installation support, and staff training — with a named point of contact throughout.
